Risk of thunderstorms, tornadoes in Montreal region

Environment Canada is warning high temperatures and high humidity could cause heat stroke this afternoon and a high risk of severe thunderstorms tonight. 
The agency is forecasting a high of 30 degrees Celsius, with a humidex value of 40 throughout the day.
