Rigaud residents return home to extensive damage

A month and a half after she first left, Murielle Dorais returned home last Friday, though it will be weeks or months before it’s livable again.
Dorais’s Rigaud home — where she has lived for 24 years — was one of the first affected by flooding that started in early April. Since leaving on April 8, she has been staying at her sister’s house 20 minutes away.
