Revenue rises, profits down slightly at Hydro-Québec in 2017

Profits were down slightly at Hydro-Québec in 2017, despite an increase in revenue, but the utility said on Tuesday that decline in profit is because it returned $45 million to customers. 
The crown corporation recorded revenue of $13.468 billion in 2017, up from $13.339 billion in 2016.
