Remembering the founder of Beauty’s

The man behind a Montreal brunch institution has died. Hymie Sckolnick has been running Beauty’s Luncheonette on the corner of St-Urbain and Mont Royal streets for decades. Sckolnick was 96 when he died. Global’s Billy Shields reports.
