Refurbished Willow Inn is ready to receive, with new menu, fresh outlook

The Willow Inn is back in business. Hudson’s popular destination for a drink with friends, a reunion with old buddies, or maybe a posh wedding has been closed for one year.
New owners Patricia Wenzel and David Ades recently reopened the gracious white house as a gastro-pub, with a brand new menu designed by executive chef Shaun Hughes.
