Radio-Canada negotiations: union rejects agreement in principle
After spending Saturday evening in a general meeting, members of Radio-Canada’s communications union rejected an agreement in principle put forth by their employer on April 12. Fifty-six per cent of members voted against it.
In a news release issued Sunday, a union spokesperson said employees can rest assured the union “will once again deploy all its energy, by their side, until there’s a new unified collective agreement.”
The union represents roughly 3,000 CBC
