Quebec's private schools dominate in Fraser Institute rankings
Private schools again took top marks in the controversial Fraser Institute rankings of Quebec high schools.
Just five out of the top 25 schools in the province were public — and all of those are elite schools with enriched programs and competitive entrance exams, according to the rankings, released Saturday.
Only three of the top 25 were outside the Montreal area.
