Quebecers spend $235 million on Mother's Day: survey

It’s Mother’s Day, and more than 60 per cent of Quebecers say they celebrate the event, according to a survey conducted by the firm L’Observateur for the Quebec Retail Council.
Quebecers who celebrate the holiday will spend an average of $62 to make mom happy, for a total of $235 million.
As is the case every year, flowers will be the most offered gift to moms: 56 per cent of Quebecers buy them.
