Quebec woman won't go back to Walmart, after it reinstates program for people with intellectual disabilities

Walmart has reversed a decision to end an on-the-job training program for people with intellectual disabilities in Quebec. But at least one former participant, Catherine Plamondon, says she doesn't plan on going back to the store.
