Quebec sci-fi thriller Radius evolved from a killer concept

A man stumbles from the wreckage of a crash, back out onto the main road. He flags down a car, the car almost runs him down, but pulls over. As he runs up to the vehicle, he notices the driver isn’t moving. She’s dead.
