Quebec rower Douglas Vandor named chef de mission for Lima Pan Am Games

TORONTO — Douglas Vandor expects to be busy at this summer’s Pan American Games.
The two-time Olympic rower from Dewittville — 80 kilometres southwest of Montreal — has been named Canada’s chef de mission at this summer’s Pan American Games in Lima, Peru.
And with 39 sports — six more than the 2020 Tokyo Olympics — Vandor will be on the go for the majority of the July 26-Aug. 11 Games.
