Quebec reaches tentative agreement with special constable, bodyguard unions

Quebec has reached an agreement in principle with the unions covering the province’s special constables and bodyguards.Pierre Moreau, the minister responsible for government administration, made the announcement in Montreal Monday morning. 
The tentative agreements apply to 400 special constables and 60 bodyguards with the Syndicat des constables spéciaux du gouvernement du Québec, and the Association professionnelle des gardes du corps du gouvernement du Qué
