Quebec professional orders mull recognition of foreign expertise

Representatives of 46 Quebec professional orders met Thursday to examine how much access foreign-trained immigrants have to the province’s job market.

Too often, professionals trained overseas who come to Quebec become “human tragedies,” said Premier Philippe Couillard, who is participating
