Quebec Liberals projected to win 4 of 5 Outaouais seats

After dominating Western Quebec in the last provincial election, Coalition Avenir Québec (CAQ) is projected to lose the four seats it held in the region, giving way to the Quebec Liberals and sovereigntist Parti Québécois.
