Quebec invests in Montreal CEGEPs

The Quebec government has announced it will be investing $21M in nine CEGEPs in Montreal. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, this comes a day after the Parti Québécois voted to cut funding to English CEGEPs if elected.
