Quebec inks deal for new menus at long-term care facilities

The Quebec government has announced it has reached a deal with the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec to develop new menus for residents of long-term care facilities who hail from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Health and Social Services Minister Gaétan Barrette said at a press conference at the hotel institute’s offices in Montreal on Monday that 40 Caribbean, Asian and Mediterranean menus will be developed.
