Quebec health minister, nurses agree to plan to ease workload

Health Minister Gaetan Barrette and the president of Quebec's nurses union, Nancy Bédard, announced a project pilot to introduce specific nurse-to-patient ratios in 17 hospitals and CHSLDs on Thursday.
