Quebec gun group plans rally at Polytechnique memorial

A pro-gun lobby group in Quebec is planning to hold a rally at a memorial site dedicated to the 14 women killed at École polytechnique in 1989. As Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports, Montreal Mayor Valérie Plante is fuming.
