Quebec government suing companies over Turcot Interchange design flaws: report

The Quebec government is taking SNC-Lavalin and CIMA+ to court over design flaws in plans for the new Turcot Interchange, Radio-Canada reports. They say the lawsuit could amount to several million in damages. 
The transport department had assigned the consortium, formed by the two companies, with drafting the plans and conducting preparatory work for the new interchange, as well as supervising the construction, in 2009-2010.
