Quebec floods: Lévis flood victims return home

Tue, May 1: Flood victims in Lévis, north of Quebec City, are counting themselves lucky after water levels began receding Tuesday. As Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports, about 30 homes were evacuated, but residents are now returning to start clean-up operations.
