Quebec election: Restored IVF program would offer 1 free cycle, CAQ says

LAVAL — A Coalition Avenir Québec government would look to reinstate a public IVF program and offer at least the first cycle for free to all Quebecers, leader François Legault announced Tuesday morning.
Legault said the program would be offered as of 2020 and estimated the promise would cost the government $16 million. The Parti Québécois made a similar promise this campaign.
