Quebec election: Presenting Manon Massé

It is Aug. 28, Day Six of Manon Massé’s sixth provincial election campaign. At 9:30 a.m., it’s already uncomfortably hot on the terrasse of the chalet in Parc La Fontaine. Another very hot day in what has been a sweltering summer.
