Quebec election: Lisée attacks rivals for being 'weak' on NAFTA talks

NICOLET — With fresh rumours Sunday that Quebec’s dairy farmers are being hit hard in trade negotiations with the United States, Jean-François Lisée seized the opportunity to unleashed one final attack on his rivals.
The Parti Québécois leader said Philippe Couillard’s Liberal government made Quebec the “weak link” in previous international negotiations.
He added that Coalition Avenir Québec leader François Legault has suppo
