Quebec election: Leaders, dairy farmers on high alert for NAFTA talks

This was Parti Québécois leader Jean-François Lisée’s reaction to news — late Sunday night — that Quebec’s dairy farmers will bear the brunt of trade concessions between Canada and the United States.
