Quebec election: Free public transit for seniors, students, Liberals pledge

A re-elected Liberal government would give free public transit to seniors and students, Leader Philippe Couillard said on Tuesday.
The party would also develop an application and smart card system — like the Opus card used by the STM — that would be accepted by public transit agencies across the province.
