Quebec election campaign kicks off

Thu, Aug 23: It’s official. Quebecers will be heading to the polls on Oct. 1. As Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports, Premier Philippe Couillard officially asked the Lieutenant Governor to dissolve the National Assembly, kicking off the province’s 39-day election campaign.
