Quebec, doctors reach agreement

Quebec has signed a new agreement with the province’s doctors. The Federation of General Practitioners says the eight-year contract narrows the gap between doctors’ salaries across the country – but will it mean better patient care? Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports.
