Quebec court approves sexual assault class action against the Frères du Sacré-Coeur

Lawyers launched an initial class action alleging abuse at a boarding school in Granby in 2016. The second lawsuit came when the law firm was consequently contacted by alleged victims from other institutions run by the congregation.
