Quebec and Ottawa to challenge Bombardier duties

The Quebec government says it will work with the federal government to challenge duties imposed on imports of Bombardier’s C Series planes to the United States at international trade tribunals. 
On Wednesday, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced its final determination in a trade case initiated by Boeing, imposing a countervailing duty of 212.39 per cent on imports of C Series jets and an anti-dumping duty of 79.82 per cent.
