Public will have say on conversion of Lachine convent to subsidized housing
The proposed conversion of the mother house of the Congrégation des Soeurs de Ste-Anne in Lachine into a subsidized-housing facility will be the object of public of hearings overseen by Montreal’s office of public consultations (OCPM).
