Public transport an election issue in Lachine

Thu, Nov 2: Four candidates are vying to be elected mayor of Lachine, including incumbent Claude Dauphin. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, much has been done to develop the borough in recent years, but issues of public transport are still up in the air.
