Province proposes sweeping changes to Quebec liquor laws
QUEBEC — Parents will be allowed to dine on terrasses with their children until 11 p.m. and establishments with restaurant licences will be able to serve liquor without requiring the purchase of food.
Public Security Minister Martin Coiteux Wednesday tabled a long-awaited reform of the province’s liquor laws and the changes are sweeping.
