Probe into death of Mount Royal cyclist submitted to Crown

Montreal police have submitted their investigation report into the death of a cyclist on Mount Royal to the provincial Crown prosecutors office.
Clément Ouimet, 18, died Oct. 4 after being struck by a car on Camillien-Houde Way. Police say the driver made an illegal U-turn. 
The Crown’s office will decide whether charges will be laid in connection with the death.
