Premier Philippe Couillard to shuffle cabinet Wednesday

QUEBEC — Premier Philippe Couillard plans to shuffle his cabinet Wednesday.
With one year to go before the next general election, Couillard will make the changes to his team at a ceremony Wednesday at 10 a.m.
Long rumoured and delayed several times, the shuffle will be seen as Couillard’s latest effort to jump-start the Liberal government, which has been in office about 14 years.
For several weeks, the government has been struggling to rejuvenate its message now that the province&rsq
