Premier Couillard congratulates Doug Ford on his Ontario election win

QUEBEC — Premier Philippe Couillard has congratulated Doug Ford on his election win in Ontario Thursday.
In a tweet posted Thursday evening, Couillard also thanks outgoing Liberal premier Kathleen Wynne, saying it has been a pleasure working with her over the last four years.
Couillard calls Wynne a “great premier and a good friend.”
