Preliminary report reveals mismanagement of funds at English Montreal School Board

A preliminary report by Quebec's Treasury Board reveals the mismanagement of millions of taxpayer dollars at the English Montreal School Board. Quebec's education is awaiting the full investigation in to Quebec's largest English School Board before he can consider laying criminal charges.
