PQ promises to abolish Santé Québec. What would take its place?

On the campaign trail, the Parti Québécois has reiterated that it wants to abolish Santé Québec. Instead, the party would create an agency, task force or division within the Health Ministry with the goal of decentralizing its operations and making the system accountable to Quebecers.
