Police shoot machete-wielding man in Lévis

Quebec’s Bureau des enquêtes indépendantes (BEI) is investigating after police shot a machete-wielding man in Lévis early Sunday morning.
According to early information gathered by the bureau, the Lévis police service received a call around 3:20 a.m. about a 27-year-old man who seemed to be in distress.
