Police operation underway on Duluth St.

Montreal police were called to Duluth St. near Hôtel-de-ville St. Sunday, where an armed man was reportedly seen on a balcony.
Police spokesperson Véronique Comtois said at 1:15 p.m. that police were on the scene but had no further details.
