Police identify body found outdoors in Quebec City

The body of a man discovered early Monday morning in the snow outside a building in the central La Cité-Limoilou borough of Quebec City has been identified.
Police confirmed the man’s identity Tuesday morning as Réal Charron, 57, of Quebec City.
