Pointe-Saint-Charles tenants on the move after being forced from their homes

Tenants in two deteriorating apartment buildings in Pointe-Saint-Charles are scrambling today after a Quebec Superior Court justice ruled Wednesday they must vacate their homes by this afternoon due to safety risks.
