Plan for Montreal's 'Old Port of Tomorrow' unveiled
The “Old Port of Tomorrow” will include two hotels, a six-kilometre circuit, open green spaces, steps down to the water in several places and a lookout on top of Silo No. 5, all to give Montrealers — and tourists — better access to the river.
This master plan, at a cost of $175 million for the public infrastructure alone, is open to public consultations this week.
