Pit bull-type dog attacks two women in Lanaudière

Two women were seriously injured Tuesday morning after being attacked by a pit bull-type dog in the Lanaudière region.
The dog attacked its owner and another woman in a house in the town of Ste-Béatrix, said Sgt. Eloïse Cossette of the Sûreté du Québec.
The two women, 31 and 73, were bitten several times on the arm. One might have to have her arm amputated.
