Pierrefonds-Roxboro monitors water levels

Thu, Apr 5: As a preventive measure, Montreal’s Pierrefonds-Roxboro borough has been conducting a daily watch to monitor the Rivière des Prairies in an effort to provide residents with advance warning if there is a risk of flooding. Global’s Billy Shields reports.
