Pedestrian struck by car and killed in Laval

A 45-year-old pedestrian was fatally struck by a car Saturday night in the Laval neighbourhood of Chomedy.
Police say the man was crossing Samson Blvd. between two intersections near 4th St. around 10:30 p.m. when he was hit. Police officers performed CPR when they arrived on scene, but the man’s death was declared before he could be transported to hospital.
