Pedestrian Month: SAAQ calls for vigilance at intersections

Eight pedestrians are injured every day in Quebec and one is killed in an accident every week, according to the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ).
This month is Pedestrian Month and the SAAQ is reminding pedestrians to be careful.
During October, police across the province will hold activities to raise awareness of pedestrian safety and road sharing.
