Pedestrian hit by vehicle in Montreal, sustained head injuries

A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle Saturday night in the Montreal borough of Ville-Marie.
The 50-year-old man, who suffered head injuries, was crossing Berri Street, near Maisonneuve blvd, when he was hit. His injuries aren’t life-threatening.
The collision happened around 10 p.m.
The driver of the vehicle, a 32-year-old man, said he couldn’t evade the pedestrian, who was in the middle of the street.
