Outdoor Brossard ‘man cave’ deemed illegal

Mon, Feb 19: After spending over one hundred hours perfecting his outdoor man cave made entirely out of ice and snow, the City of Brossard has deemed the structure illegal, insisting it has to come down. Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports.
