OQLF notes 'significant rate' of compliance with Bill 101 sign provisions
A seven-year study has allowed the Office québécois de la langue française to conclude there has been a “significant rate” of compliance by Montreal-area businesses with the public sign provisions of Bill 101, the province’s French-language charter.
