Opioid victims could get payout after class-action settlement, but they're not so easy to find

People prescribed opioids in Quebec and later diagnosed with addiction may be eligible for financial compensation under a settlement agreement reached after a six-year class-action lawsuit. Lawyers estimate about 10,000 people could be eligible.
